 The owner of the restaurant is a young married couple, Svetlana and Peter Červenka, lovers of good food, drink and living, with years of experience in gastronomy and not only from Prague but also from other European cities /Vienna, Berlin/. As you have surely noticed already, the name of the restaurant is Oliva, therefore we would like to enrich the olive oil and olive culture in a certain way. In our restaurant you can taste a few sorts of olive oil from several countries which you will receive as a present with our homemade bread.
The menu is simple, neat and full of fresh delicacies along with variable daily specials. The menu will also change according to seasons.
We want to create a family style restaurant with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Our guests will be from among our friends whom we already know but also those whom we are only to come to know.
Without a good aperitif it could not even start so I think that you will choose either from quality spirits, champagne wines or from delicious cocktails. The wine list is composed of both Moravian and international wines and I think that indeed everyone, even a more demanding customer, will choose.
